1 cup permitted flour (e.g. rice or tapioca flour)
¼ cup dairy-free margarine
4 tbsp puréed fruit ( e.g. apple, raspberries, dates)
¼ cup sugar


Combine all the ingredients together and knead to form stiff dough.

Roll the mixture into small balls about 3 cm in size.

Place on a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the cookies start to brown.

Remove from oven.

Remove immediately from the cookie sheet to cool on a plate or a rack.

Store in an airtight container.
