½ cup prune juice or preferred juice (prune juice provides an additional source of fibre)
½ cup of water
1 small banana, sliced and frozen
¼ cup frozen strawberries sliced or favourite high fibre fruit (apples, pears, blueberries, plums, etc.)
2 ice cubes (may not be needed if using frozen fruits)
4 to 6 scoops of Neocate® Junior Unflavoured with Fibre powder


In a blender, mix prune juice, water, fruit and ice until smooth.

Add Neocate Junior Unflavoured with Fibre powder.

Blend all ingredients in a blender on a low speed or by mixing with a spoon.

Pour and serve!
