Melt the butter.
Stir in the egg, heavy cream, olive oil, and carbohydrate-free sweetener (optional) into the butter and mix well.
Mix the KetoCal 4:1 powder and warm water, and then add into the mixture.
Spray a small frying pan with oil and warm to medium heat.
Add 1/3 of mixture.
Cook until golden brown.
Repeat until all of pancake batter is used.
