1 small onion chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
3 tbsp ketchup or tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ cup uncooked rice
454 g ground turkey (or other permitted ground meat)


Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Mix onion, parsley, ketchup, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Mix in the rice and ground meat.

Place the mixture in a loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until meat thermometer registers 74°C (165°F).
